01Acceptance of these terms

Welcome to Loot Fleet, a free browser-based idle space-ARPG at lootfleet.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Loot Fleet (“we,” “us”). By creating an account, playing as a guest, or otherwise using the game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Loot Fleet.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Loot Fleet. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By playing, you confirm you meet these requirements.

03Your account

You can play as a guest, but creating a free account lets you save and sync progress across devices. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that happens under your account
• Providing accurate information and keeping it current

Notify us promptly at support@lootfleet.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.

04License to play

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Loot Fleet for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer any ownership in the game to you.

05Purchases & virtual items

Loot Fleet is free to play. You may choose to buy in-game coins or other virtual items (“Virtual Items”). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase and may include applicable taxes. We may change prices, offers, and the availability of Virtual Items at any time. We may also modify, manage, or remove Virtual Items as part of balancing or operating the game.

06Refunds

Purchases of Virtual Items are generally final and non-refundable once the items are delivered to your account, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, or you experienced a technical problem that prevented delivery, contact support@lootfleet.com and we will review your request in good faith.

Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, certain consumers in the EEA/UK), note that by purchasing and receiving Virtual Items immediately, you may acknowledge that delivery begins at once and that this right may no longer apply once delivery is complete.

07Acceptable use

To keep the galaxy fair and fun for everyone, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts, or automation beyond the in-game idle features
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the game, its data, or other players' accounts
• Manipulate leaderboards, currencies, or territory through unauthorized means
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts, Virtual Items, or progress for real-world value
• Use a display name or content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or impersonating
• Disrupt or overload our servers or interfere with other players' enjoyment
• Use the game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

Violations may result in removal of progress, suspension, or a permanent ban — see Termination.

08Names & submitted content

You are responsible for any content you submit, including your display name shown on leaderboards. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within and in connection with the game. We may remove or change any name or content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate.

09Availability & updates

Loot Fleet is a live, evolving game. We may add, change, balance, or remove features, ship classes, gear, zones, and other content at any time. We may also perform maintenance or experience downtime. We do not guarantee the game, your progress, or any specific feature will always be available.

10Intellectual property

Loot Fleet — including its code, artwork, ships, logos, names, sounds, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license to play granted above, all rights are reserved. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the game without our written permission.

11Termination

You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove progress, or revoke Virtual Items if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the game and its players. On termination, the license granted to you ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

12Disclaimers

The game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that progress and data will never be lost.

13Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loot Fleet and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost progress, lost Virtual Items, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting support@lootfleet.com. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the game and the law evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-game or by email. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
